BabyFit allows moms the ability to meet their fitness needs while spending time with their little ones! We invite women of all fitness levels: pregnant moms, new moms recovering from pregnancy, and conditioned moms. This is a 60- minute class that focuses on cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility in a supportive group environement. The majority of movements will have your child/stroller incorporated.

**Must have clearance from physician for physical activity
**Children must be "stroller" age
** Women without children are also welcome
