The heart and soul of our gym structure and ultimately where every member ends up, this is hour long group session begins with a warm-up, light skill work, Workout of the Day (WOD) and ends with light stretch and recovery.

Coming from another affiliate? Drop-in rate is $25 per day. We also have multiple day packages available. T-shirts also available for purchase and will waive the drop in fee for that day. If you have a chance, please contact us ahead of time!
*You are not required to pre-enroll for classes; however if you know you will be attending, it does help our Trainers to get a heads up.

Open gym is designed to allow athletes to make up a missed workout, develop their skills, or do their own thing like a GVCF Strength cycle. We generally recommend anyone with less than one year of current training stick to a regular 1 hour class with a structure. This class counts towards your membership structure.

Saturday workouts are a great way to introduce yourself to the community, gym, and atmosphere and get an idea of what we do! You will workout with members, non members and everyone in between to truly absorb what CrossFit is! This class has a "first time free" visit for anyone interested in trying us out and also counts towards ANY current membership or pass.

Olympic Lifting M/W 6 weeks $180Purchase required to enroll

This class is designed around Olympic lifts, the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. There are options for the CrossFitter who wants to become more proficient in this area or for those looking solely for Olympic lifting.
The goal of this course is to build proficiency and strength in both the main lifts (snatch and clean & jerk). Beginner to advanced athletes are encouraged to enroll to get more exposure to the lifts. Programming will be general in nature will an individual emphasis based on needs established by the coach. A typical class will have a designated warmup with a main lift focus and 1-2 accessory lifts designed to aid in movement development.

Bod Pod Body Fat Testing

With the BOD POD, you’ll experience none of the risks and discomfort associated with underwater submersion, x-rays, electrical current, and pinching with calipers. During testing, you just sit inside the BOD POD for less than 4 minutes.

  • An accurate breakdown of your body’s fat % vs non-fat (lean mass) %
  • A snapshot of where your %’s stand based on national health standards
  • Estimated Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR): The amount of caloric energy expended daily at rest.
  • Total Energy Expenditure (TEE): RMR + estimated caloric energy expended daily based on daily activity level.
  • Your Optimal Caloric Intake per Day
  • A Progress Report with historical results data

Interested in learning some tools and tricks for increasing efficiency and effectiveness of your Kip swing?

Be it for pull ups, toes to bar, handstand push-ups or muscle ups; increasing Kip efficiency will allow you to get more out of every movement.

The focus of the clinic will be learning kipping progressions for different gymnastic movements, as well as fine tuning already established movements to increase efficiency.
